Recipe of Impulsive Cooking!

I've been living off impulsive eating, lately. And any millennial, who likes to cook and lives alone would relate to this I suppose! Last Wednesday, the craving for a mid-week break was so strong that I took a sick-leave from work and slept till the afternoon! All I had in the Fridge was boiled rice. But I just had to make myself something interesting to eat! And... Voilaaaaa!

Recipe:

Ingredients:
- Boiled Rice
- Eggs (1 or 2)
- Chopped Tomato
- Chopped Onion
- Chopped Capsicum
- Chopped Green Chili
- Peas
- Soya Sauce
- Vinegar
- Salt
- Edible Oil

Steps to follow:
- First take 2 tbsp of Oil in a Frying Pan and heat.
- Fry the Eggs just like you would for making scrambled eggs. Add salt to taste.
- Keep in a separate bowl.

- Now for the Fried Rice, again take 3-4 tbsp of Oil in the Frying Pan and heat.
- Add the chopped Green Chili and Onions first. Stir till they are golden brown.
- Next add the chopped Capsicum, Tomato and Peas.
- Add Salt to taste and stir well for about 3 minutes.
- Then add the Boiled Rice and mix well.
- Next, add 1 tbsp of Soya Sauce and Vinegar, each.
- Again mix well and let it fry for some times.
- Now, add the Scrambled Eggs and mix well.
- Turn the heat off and leave it covered for a minute.
- Serve and Relish.
