Choices

Dumbledore, "...The choices are between what is right and what is easy."

As a kid, I only understood it. But as I grew up, I started experiencing it. Numerous choices came my way since the first time I read this in the fourth part of the Harry Potter series.

Understanding it was easy. And experiencing it was right.

It were only the easy choices which made me go through consequences and gave me the courage to go with the right choice the next time.

It were only the experiences which made me a stronger person, a person who has evolved so much and is still evolving. A person, her parents are proud of.

Hanging out with friends all the time was very easy and hence my results suffered.
Studying a lot during exams was the right thing to do. I realised, but too late!!
Falling in love with a sexy T-Shirt and making a choice to buy it that instance was so easy!!
But then, deciding not to ask for extra money from Mom and Dad at the end of the month for this extra expense was the right thing that I did.
Arguing with Mom and Dad for something was so easy but learning the art of explaining why my choices are the way they are, has been the most right thing that has ever happened to me.

And as much I was happy to understand the meaning of Dumbledore's words easily, I am much more happy to experience learning it the right way.
